Chelmsley Wood Connect

Within the Bluebell Centre, the Solihull Connect Walk-In Centre at Chelmsley Wood opened its doors to the public in January 2010. Providing a bright vibrant interior, the local community can expect a personal service from a friendly team of Customer Service Advisers. The Connect Walk-in provides a contemporary face to the council. In depth enquiries are dealt with in the individual consultation pods, each with its own colour identity and bold graphics. Bright and light high quality durable surfaces are used on the curvaceous Reception Counter, self service information points, the on-line planning consultation desk and cash payment facility.
