architecture
Our Architects pride themselves on approaching all of our projects with creative flair and enery, always trying to find the very best solution to each and every design brief. When you come to our studio you will notice free-hand sketches on our Architect’s desks; we consider loose and creative design development as a valuable part of the process. That being said our whole design team work with the latest software and technology, designs are refined, developed and delivered in a 3D model workspace, complient to BIM Level 2 and beyond.
Our experienced team of qualified Architects and Architectural Technicians prepare designs, visuals and production information for a wide range of building projects. From extension work and refurbishments to major new-build projects, we are fully prepared to meet your architectural needs and aspirations.
interior design
We have specialist expertise in interior design with three fully qualified interior designers. We are able to carry out workshops with clients and end-users (including pupils on school projects) to ensure that the best possible interior solution is developed.
urban design & masterplanning
Our multi-dicipliniary team are highly skilled and experienced in designing and delivering urban design and masterplanning projects at every scale. We are currently engaged in preparing masterplans for a number of high profile projects within the borough; helping to improve the lives, neighbourhoods and townscapes of our residents.
cost advice & quantity surveying
We have an experienced team of Quantity Surveyors who manage and control costs of construction and refurbishment projects. This includes advice to the client on cost, procurement and contractual methods to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
construction project management
Monitoring and inspecting work on site forms part of our standard service, ensuring that best quality work is achieved, clients are regularly informed throughout & contractors are properly advised through to completion. We are responsible for organising, coordinating & monitoring multi-site projects on behalf of clients.

Our feasibility service is available if you want to test out and develop an idea into a feasible plan and budget. Our Architects will prepare sketch plans and design ideas whilst our QS team will prepare cost estimates for evaluation.
