ABOUT US
Building Design Studio is an innovative public sector organisation with an established reputation for delivering sucessful building projects. We offer a range of architectural professional services, including architecture, interior design, quantity surveying, cost management, construction project management, structural engineering and urban design.
We have been involved with the delivery of Local Authority projects since the group's inception some fifty years ago, and since then have operated as a quasi-independent business unit.
Our offices are located on the 5th floor of the Council House in Solihull, please feel free to pop in to say hi.

Historically the Building Design Studio vibe has always been positive and fun; this is something we actively encourage. We believe a relaxed and friendly office environment cultivates creativity and enthusiasm. We advocate flexible working for all of our team members which enables them to strike the right work-life balance. Our staff are very loyal, hard-working and committed to delivering the very best solutions for our clients.
